Salesperson in Sanatbazar is responsible for answering the calls and Help customers make selections by building confidence; offering suggestions and opinions. Some customers may have problem through online shopping process (creating an account, adding products to cart, payment options, choosing the right shipping system etc.) Where the salesperson duty is to guide them with patience so they meet their needs. Having the ability to monitor all sales leads, maintain detailed customer files, check invoices and packaging the goods is also considered as a part of responsibility. High communication skills along with acceptable knowledge about our products (electronics, mechanics & materials) & services are essential for this job.

Academic background: Relevant degree in Engineering is preferred (Electronics, Mechanics, Robotics, Mechatronics etc.)
language skills: English (intermediate)
Software skills: Microsoft word, Excel, Photoshop (optional) Solidworks, familiar with accounting softwares
Engineering & technical skills: Familiar with our product categories (electronic bits & mechanical components, materials) and their area of application
Soft skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to build firm relationship with our customers as part of business, Organizing and planning skills, Problem solver, Professional attitude toward teamwork
